. Customers of an earlier version of SAP Crystal Reports are eligible to purchase a license of SAP Crystal Reports 2020 at an upgrade discount. Software patches for various versions of SAP Crystal Reports are available on this site. Currently, there are only two versions of Crystal Reports with native 64 bit runtime (CR 10.5 and CR 10.2). Crystal Reports XI release 2 (version 11.5) and Crystal Reports 2008 (version 12.1.x) support 64 bit Operating systems, but in a 32 bit mode only.
